General Terms
p77pp is an online gaming and entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you fully accept all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this site.
p77pp reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue to use the platform after updated terms are published, you are considered to have accepted those changes. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the p77pp platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. No one below this age limit may create or use an account.
- You must represent your identity accurately and register with genuine information.
- One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- It is entirely your own responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in your area.
- If evidence is found of the platform being used by a minor, the relevant account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
As part of the identity verification process, p77pp may at any time request identification documents, proof of date of birth, or other documents from the user. The withdrawal process may be suspended until verification is complete.
Account Registration and Security
When creating an account on p77pp, you must provide accurate and complete information. Once the registration process is complete, full responsibility for keeping the account secure rests with you.
3.1 Account Information
- All registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
- If an account is created with false information, p77pp reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time.
- If your information changes, you must notify the platform immediately.
3.2 Password and Access
- Keep your account password completely confidential and do not share it with any third party.
- If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
- p77pp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
- Transfer or sale of accounts is strictly prohibited.
Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the p77pp platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We use Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services for secure and fast transactions.
4.1 Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Deposited funds are generally added to your account quickly. For any delays, please contact the support team.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if required verification has not been completed.
- p77pp reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process if any suspicious activity is detected.
Bonuses and Promotions
Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on the p77pp platform. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Or: deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making a total balance of ৳37,000.
- The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times (on the bonus amount only).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated by p77pp.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they are usable in games only.
- Winnings earned from a bonus will be withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud, the account will be cancelled.
- p77pp reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
VIP Program
p77pp has a special VIP program for regular players. This program has four tiers, and a weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active and playing consistently. VIP benefits are at p77pp's discretion and may change without prior notice. VIP membership is non-transferable.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair environment on the p77pp platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing artificial bets or betting in a circular manner with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
- Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's software or systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other automated tools.
- Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other users or staff.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
Engaging in any of the above activities will result in the permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Changes to Terms and Termination

13.2 Account Termination
- Users may close their own account at any time by notifying the support team.
- In the event of a breach of terms, p77pp reserves the right to close any account without prior notice.
- An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before account closure, unless fraud has been proven.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions will be governed by applicable law. Any dispute or disagreement between the user and p77pp will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.

- If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled through arbitration.
- In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered final.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
